We all know that football is a tough game and today was a hard hitting tough game with plenty of injury’s. For starters, well at least 1st and 2nd quarter both QB’s played bad, not making good plays, and what a terrible turnover from T.O. in the first few seconds of the game, that was funny, here we go again with Batman missing catches, OMG I am sick of that! LB Jamar Williams with the Panthers was in a terrible head on collision which he collided with one of his players; the update occurred that he had a neck injury. I hate rainy games…players can get hurt, footballs are slippery, and players be sliding all over the place.
That was a good run by rookie TE Jermaine Gresham; I really like him he comes with a lot of surprises on the field. I’m loving OLB Rey Maualuga he seems really light on his feet and did you check out the “Football Island” 60 minute special last week where they interviewed Maualuga’s dad and little (big) brother, that baby is tall as Rey. If you didn’t check it out the special was about a small population like Samoa who practices in football uniforms that should be condemned, even though they don’t have much to work with Samoa populates more players to the NFL than any similarly populated place in America.
That was a nice exchange turnover by CB Leon Hall. Ocho, please do not apologize to the fans on twitter for that ball you dropped second quarter and good second chance catch. What was funny was watching you run right out of your shoe then hopping over to get back in the shoe…what was the hop for? A little wet turf won’t hurt ya hun! Palmer what was up with that 4 second play before ½ time? That was terrible!
Lol, I love how the announcers consistently keep talking about how they love T.O.’s big body…that is too funny! I like that good clean run by Panthers RB DeAngelo Williams but I like the block better by RB Brian Leonard better and finally (lol) Panther’s scored a touchdown and hopefully that would be a last TD for them. Didn’t you just love that double tackle from the Bengal’s and flip in the air by TE Dante Rosario…that was smooth; he walked away from that like nothing happened. Panther’s had a lot of hurt players today…pretty sad, but that’s football for you!
So to sum this blog up, T.O. was missing catches again, Palmer and WR’s seemed a little off this game and the last few games…what the hell is that about? Offensively this game was a hot mess, they played sloppy….they need to take some tips from the Colt’s offense cause they are always together. Yeah they won 20-7 but it was a sloppy win and what is more sloppy is the practiced on making it better all last week but it didn’t show in this game…I hope Marvin stays on them about this. See ya next week when they play in the away game against Rudy’s favorite team…the Cleveland Browns!
