Joey Porter arrested…

LB Joey Porter who just signed a 3 year, $17.5M deal with the Arizona Cardinals has been charged with DUI, resisting arrest, and assault on an officer…Dang Joey!

Apparently Joey was stopped in California at a fast food restaurant on suspicion of drunk driving (here’s where the story makes you shake your head), when this brotha was asked to roll down his window and present his licenses, he started to ignore the question and proceeded to roll up his window (that’s bold), when the officer reached into the window to unlock his door, Joey did a grandma slap on the hand and that’s when everything went down hill. Too funny!

No word on if he was jacked up by the officer after the grandma slap on the hand but I will definitely keep you posted!
