Ocho fined for $25K…

Bengals WR Chad Ochocinco was fined $25,000 for posting messages on social media site during preason game.  The NFL bans the use of social media 90 minutes before kickoff until after postgame interviews and he was probably (let me guess) on Facebook, tweeting, his application you can download from the Android market or mogoTXT.

Chad we love you and we love reading what you have to say but NOT during a game…we want to see you focused and alert, no mistakes aloud!  We don’t want to see anymore sandwich smash hits like the one you received during last Friday night’s preseason game with the Philadelphia Eagles, and I know you are tired of those heavy hit’s…Child Pleaze!  Yeah, I know the Bengal’s won 22-9, I was there and it was a good game!

You know…Marvin Lewis got on you (well not so much you, the whole team….no it was you) about that social networking in Hard Knocks last season, you should of listened to him then, although $25K is nothing to you but it’s still money you have to pay out that you didn’t need to.

Know RFT does follow your tweets and you mentioned you need two sidekicks like T.O.s, Kita and MO…I have to agree with you because if you had someone like the RFT crew backing you up, we would remind you about NO TWEETING ALOUD and helped you save your money.  Oh and by the way if you really are serious about finding an assistant here are a few suggestions, start at home first, put an open call ad in the newspaper, have the radio station, or 106 & Park advertise for you that you are in need of two assistant’s.  

Keep it professional and find resourceful educated women or men that can keep you established professionally.   Good luck this season hun and stop social networking before the game…dang!  You said it best, “this is the first time twitter hasn’t made me money but cost me money!”
