Randy Moss retired today after a statement issued by his agent Joel Segal. Moss played 13 years in the NFL for the Vikings, Raiders, Patriots, Vikings, and Titans (Vikings there twice intentionally). He is 34 years old and had been working out this offseason with intentions of joining a team through free agency.
But, after Moss reportedly wouldn’t have a chance to play on what he thought was a championship contender, he chose to call it an end today. Moss would end his career with 954 receptions and 153 touchdowns. The receiver nicknamed “The Freak” only had 28 receptions playing on three teams last year, though. Randy Moss is a sure fire Hall of Famer and one of the most entertaining players to watch on the field in his generation.
